The following are just a few of my past projects, sketches, models and some on the boards work
This remodel of a commercial building in Seattle added a second story to an existing building and provided a complete remodel of the building and site. The original building was one story allowing for little room for a showroom, office and storage.  Adding a second story allowed for office space with views out over a cemetery and eventually over Lake Washington.  A small storage shed was added during construction.  JAS design build provided CA during construction because I was already living in Hawai'i when the project started.
